If you are ordering inside the USA then the  FDA requires that the user/patient that will be using any UV treatment product provide us with a prescription from your doctor.

International (Outside USA) Ordering:

Please order as needed and if you are outside of the USA then we will email you with a shipping quotation before charging your credit card. We will probably provide you with two shipping quotations:

• Global EMS (Express Mail Service) This is a Post Office Service, it's usually a little slower than delivery by Air Courier such as UPS but it is less expensive. Typical charges by Global EMS are $60.00 to $90.00. Some countries do not allow insurance and in those cases, we will insist on UPS delivery unless you waive all rights to insurance coverage.
• UPS World Wide Expedited Service - Typically very fast and very efficient but more expensive. Typical charges for UPS WW Expedited are $150.00 to $200.00 (Sometimes more).

Please be aware that your government may impose extra charges such as Sales Taxes, Duties and it's likely that you might incur a Brokerage Fee from the shipper. All of these and similar charges are outside the control of Amjo Corp and are not included in any of the prices.
