Return Policy The Dermalight 80 like all UV Phototherapy products are "Prescribed Medical Products" and once opened or used, they are not returnable. Should the unit fail to operate within its warranty period then of course you may return it for in-warranty repair. The Dermalight 80's warranty is one year from date of shipment (90 days on the lamp). Full warranty details are packed with the product upon shipment.
